Returns

You can return your item for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date, with no restocking fees. Plus, we oer free return shipping for customers in the USA

Exchanges:

  • We oer refunds for returned items. The funds will be returned to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method. For PayPal, refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that we do not provide direct exchanges. Instead, you can use the refunded amount to place a new order once the refund is processed.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modied or cancelled as it is processed immediately. If you need assistance after receiving your items, please contact our customer support team at Support@braapking.com for return assistance.

Claims for Missing or Damaged Items:

If you nd any items missing or damaged in your order, please get in touch with our customer support team within 72 hours of delivery. This allows us to quickly look into the issue and resolve it for you. Claims made after this period might not be accepted, so it’s best to contact us as soon as possible.

Exceptions:

We oer free return shipping for customers in the lower 48 states. However, oversized items (such as tires, wheels, hoods, doors, seats, and bumpers) are excluded from this oer and will be clearly noted in the product description. If you need to return an oversized item, you can purchase a return shipping label at your own expense. When you initiate a return, you will receive a cash refund via the credit card processing software you used to make your purchase. Refunds will be processed in the amount of time the payment system takes, typically within 5-10 business days. Rest assured, your refund will be handled promptly.

Return Guidelines

We want your experience with Braapking to be smooth and hassle-free! If you need to return an item, please ensure it is unused, with all tags, original packaging, and any accessories or hardware included. Repackage the item exactly as you received it, using an outer box to protect the product and its original packaging during shipping.

Items returned in a condition other than new, or without original packaging, will be sent back to you at Braapking’s expense.

For returns without a Braapking shipping label, please contact us rst to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Braapking is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping unless sent with our prepaid label. Misuse of a prepaid label will result in liability for lost or misdelivered items.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Restocking fees may apply for items not returned in new condition with original packaging.
  • Restocking fees may apply for returns of more than 7 items on a single order.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Braapking.com. Items purchased from third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart) cannot be returned through our site.
